One of my fondest memories of Dennis, was He & I dancing the night away. It could be in his living room, a party, or just about any place where the music was fun, and we could find a spot to kick up our heels. This was a picture taken a few years ago on Halloween at a party Pam had thrown, where we literally danced until the DJ stopped playing music. Dennis loved Halloween & told me to bring over my costume so we could get ready together. Well, I was running late & opted for a CVS quick last minute outfit. Didn’t have much of a selection left, so went with the basic witch, thinking, “How could you go Wrong?” As soon as I took it out of the package, and put it on, and looked in the mirror, I thought, I look like El Vira Gone Bad!!!! Dennis & I laughed our asses off & knew there was, “No Way Jose” , I could wear this. Well, being the MacGyver that he was, he found an old wig of Florence’s, a mini skirt, helped me with make-up……………and there I was………….his 60’s Beatnik girlfriend!!! All within 15 minutes. Dennis always had my back & was there for me & am so happy I could be there for him these last few months. I know he is finally at peace & in a much better place & is looking down smiling at how many people he has touched that truely loved him. He will never be forgotten. Karen
